We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, fully qualified
chef to help us produce innovative , exciting dishes for our
new bar and grill in our already well established Hotel and
Modern Irish cuisine with an emphasis on provenance and
seasonality in a hip new gastro pub environment. Rotisserie /
chargrill / pizzas / superfood salads / seafood.
The successful applicant will have previous experience in
managing a busy kitchen, acheiving GPs, ordering and monitoring
supplies and rostering staff.
Attention to detail is a must.
20 days holidays plus public holidays

Meals on duty
