Experienced Head Chef required for a Luxury 4* in North County Dublin. The ideal candidate will have experience as Head Chef and he or she will thrive on a busy environment, have excellent culinary skills, strong cost management ability and good people management skills.
Managing gross profit targets, menu planning, purchasing and kitchen labour costs.
Maintain standards of performance within the food production areas of the hotel.
To ensure that all hygiene and HACCP regulations are strictly adhered to at all times.

Managing and retaining a team of chefs through training and mentoring
You will need to be self-motivated and diligent in carrying out duties and possess strong leadership qualities.
We are looking for someone who has held a previous position within a busy hotel environment and interested in developing a wide range of customer experiences in our Bar, Restaurant and Conference & Banqueting departments.
Candidates will have to be flexible, hard working and will carry out all duties to consistently high standards. We are looking for motivated, enthusiastic and committed individuals who have the ability work as part of a team and on their own initiative.
Successful applicants must have:
A minimum of two years experience in a similar role in hotel.
A commitment to offering exceptional service and standards.
A proven track record in a target driven environment.
The ability to manage and motivate the Kitchen Team to achieve high standards.
Knowledge and ability to manage kitchen hygiene and HACCP.
Good knowledge of menu planning and culinary methods
Applicants must have fluent English and excellent communication skills.
