Okay – so what about the job?
We’re looking for a number of graduates to come and join our Sales team. This is a starter role; you’ll want to join us with a view of fast tracking your career with a focus on becoming an Account Manager as your next move with us. You’re smart, ambitious, passionate about technology and see the sky as the limit (like we do). For us – you are our next leaders, so we want people who think out of the box and want to change the way people work.
So….what does that path look like?
As a Sales Development Executive you’ll support the wider sales team in attracting prospective customers and help build a viable revenue pipeline for the business. You’ll be immersed in all the sales activities of our amazing team on a day to day basis. You’re focus will predominantly be on our Category 1 customers (think Fortune 500) so we’re looking for confident, outgoing people who are comfortable talking to decision makers of big brands. You’ll spend a lot of time on the phone reaching out to prospective clients (inbound and outbound) and build relationships with them, you will also spend a time on the internet strategically profiling companies, figuring out who the decision-makers are, and how to get in touch with them. We’ll expect you to use creative research to identify business opportunities for our sales team. We’ll also lean on you to come up with new ideas for engagement and really develop an understanding of our company and our positioning in the market.
